Suzuki Deutschland brought in INTEA training specialists from Kerpen to train them on the preparation and execution of life-online trainings, in order to provide their business partners and workshops with another medium in the qualification programme.
In addition to system technology, the Suzuki trainers were educated on the requirements for effective and motivating online training sessions.
“Especially in combination with the other important and more traditional presence trainings, the programme can be designed in a much more efficient and goal-directed manner in the future,” says Johannes Huber (Suzuki Training Manager).
At the end of the week-long programme, an online pilot training session was conducted. All participants found this session to be an extremely positive experience. In particular, the use of webcam and chat functions in a professional environment received positive reviews, since they helped create a personal relationship between the participants and the trainer that’s often lacking in e-learning situations.
