INTEA develops and implements web-based training especially for basic training and for the presentation of information that has long-term applicability and at the same time is meant to reach a large target group.
Moreover, multiple language support and worldwide availability are frequently requirements that have already been taken into consideration by INTEA in the concept and development phase.
But, INTEA also uses web-based training (WBT) for basic training in the area of customer communication and behaviour training.
The WBTs developed by INTEA are SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compatible and adapt to IT-related conditions and requirements for the specific network of our customers.
Participants, who have worked with WBTs developed by INTEA give us feedback that the subjects are very understandable, the timeframes are reasonable and the interaction promotes fun while learning.
