In order to present mainly technical training content as well as process-controlled procedures in service and sales, the participants often learn most effectively through face-to-face training and practical application.
Therefore, we mainly work with technical personnel in the “familiar” workshop area with diagnostic equipment on vehicles and technical systems.
For service and sales personnel, we use examples from daily situations in the garage. In this connection, we work with practical workplace situations presented as customer or employee conversations.
In addition to the practical presentation of training content, with this form of training, the exchange of experiences and direct communication of participants with each other is an important factor for the long-term success of the training.
